Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including any delivery costs incurred.
Change of Mind
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, even if there’s nothing wrong with them. This applies to most items, as long as they’re returned to us in their original, sealed, and resalable condition.
Please note: This right does not apply to products that:
- Are perishable or have a short shelf life
- Are sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. supplements, skincare) and have been opened
How to Return an Item
- Email us at kavitasbeautysalon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Package the item securely and return it within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
